Yes, we work with all breeds, ages, and temperaments.
However, we reserve the right to decide whether your dog and family are a good fit for our program.
The remote collar is a key part of our Board and Train program. It allows us to communicate with your dog off-leash—even at a distance and in high-distraction environments. Yes, that means your dog will listen to you even when they’re excited, distracted, or not physically connected to a leash.
It’s the only tool that enables this level of consistent communication, both indoors and outdoors. By the time your dog returns home, they’ll be fluent in this new “language”—all you’ll have to do is give the command.
Want to see it in action? Check out some of the videos on our Facebook and Instagram pages, featuring dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments.
Our training sessions typically last one hour, though the duration may vary depending on the type of training and your dog’s individual needs. While each session is at least one hour, some may extend up to two hours based on your dog’s progress and any challenges that arise. Additional time beyond the first hour is charged at $75 per hour, and we’ll ensure we dedicate the necessary time to address your dog’s unique needs.
Yes, we do offer in-home training services. However, in many cases, we’re able to address most of your dog’s needs in a different environment. For dogs that require more personalized attention or training specific to their home setting, we also offer Zoom sessions to provide tailored support remotely.
To get the most from my training, it’s crucial that you understand my philosophy and are ready to make the necessary changes in your dog’s life. We offer plenty of free resources on our website, Facebook, and Instagram to help you get started. You must feel confident using the training tools and methods, and be committed to improving your dog’s mindset.
• If your dog has behavioral issues like jumping, barking, anxiety, or pulling, it’s important to recognize that their perception of the environment is contributing to these behaviors. I’m here to help you make those changes, but it requires your full commitment.
• You need to be 100% comfortable with my training techniques.
• For dogs with behavioral issues, I often recommend limiting excessive affection as it can reinforce negative behavior. Instead, reward calm, respectful actions. I may also suggest crate training at night and restricting furniture access.
• Consistency is key—following through with all training assignments is essential for success.
• Everyone in your household must be on the same page with rules, structure, and discipline. Inconsistent training creates confusion for your dog.
• Structured walks are important, even if brief. A 15-minute walk where your dog heels next to you can be mentally challenging and help build leadership.
To get the most out of working together, it’s important that you understand my training philosophy and are truly ready to make meaningful changes in your dog’s life. We offer plenty of free resources on our website, Facebook, and Instagram to help you get started—but real progress comes from commitment.
Here’s what you need to know:
I know this might feel like a lot at first, but once structure and boundaries are in place, your relationship with your dog will improve dramatically. With the right mindset and dedication, we can create a calm, balanced life together.
We do not offer discounts. Every dog receives the same level of dedication, effort, and time in our programs, regardless of the situation.
Asolutely! Once your dog graduates from our Board and Train program, they’re always welcome to come back for a “tune-up.” We offer two options: a 7-day refresher for $500 or a more in-depth 2-week session for $1200 — perfect for addressing any new or lingering behavioral issues.
During the refresher, we’ll fine-tune any areas that need extra attention. Plus, you’ll receive another comprehensive 2-hour go-home session to help you maintain that progress at home. Many clients love these refreshers because their dogs are already familiar with the training, which allows us to jump right in and focus on any specific challenges or goals.
We offer virtual tours! Since our program operates from our home, we don’t conduct in-person tours. We always have dogs in training, and for their well-being, we minimize distractions. However, you can see the training process and dogs in action through photos and videos on our social media. Check out our Facebook and Instagram for more.
Once your dog graduates, they’re eligible for boarding and daycare services. Additionally, we offer a follow-up session one month after training to address any concerns you might have. You’re now part of the family, and we’re here to support you and your dog for life.

No, the e-collar is essential for off-leash freedom and communication. I believe no dog should be completely "off-leash" without some form of backup communication, whether that’s a leash or an e-collar. It’s a safety measure for both you and your dog’s well-being.
E-collar training is a nuanced skill that I’ve spent years perfecting. To ensure both you and your dog fully understand how to use this tool effectively, I highly recommend having a professional guide you through the process. I’ll work directly with your dog to teach them the proper use of the e-collar, and then I’ll walk you through how to apply it in a way that’s easy to understand. This approach ensures the tool is used correctly and effectively, helping to prevent any potential misuse.
Yes, your dog will likely be exposed to other dogs during training, though interactions will be carefully monitored. If your dog is dog-friendly, they may have an opportunity to play with other dogs in our care. We ensure all interactions are safe and supervised.
Absolutely not! While dogs enjoy their time with us, there’s truly no place like home. Dogs have strong bonds with their families and will always remember them. Many of our graduates come back for alumni boarding, and they’re thrilled to return! We may become an extension of your dog’s family, but nothing can replace the bond they share with you.
All board & train dogs stay in our home with my family and dogs. Your dog will experience training in various environments—living as part of the family, working in our training room, enjoying playtime in our yard, and going on field trips to practice new skills.
Absolutely! Dogs who’ve completed any of our training programs are always welcome back for boarding. During their stay, they'll enjoy plenty of playtime, time on the trails, and continued training reinforcement. We also offer boarding for dogs who haven’t gone through our training programs. Want to customize their stay? You can add extra training sessions or even a nail trim to make their visit even better!
We occasionally offer group classes, though none are running at the moment. However, we host regular pack walks for our graduates, where owners and dogs can practice skills together in a supportive environment.
While we can’t promise 100% guaranteed results after your dog leaves our care—because long-term success relies on your consistency and commitment—we do promise to give you and your dog everything we've got. We only work with owners who are fully dedicated, and in our experience, even the toughest cases see real, lasting breakthroughs.
We’ve never met a dog we couldn’t help.
Our mission goes beyond training your dog—we focus just as much on empowering you to maintain and build on their progress at home. We provide ongoing support to make sure the transformation sticks.
Follow us on social media for real-time updates on our trainees and graduates—you'll see firsthand what’s possible. Many owners are amazed at what their dogs can achieve, especially when they once thought change was out of reach.
On the final day of training, we’ll hold an in-depth transfer session where we walk you through everything your dog has learned. We don’t wrap up until you feel confident and satisfied with their progress.
This is a team effort. From day one, you’re part of our family—and your success is our top priority.
To ensure the best results, we allow only scheduled visits during your dog’s training. This program is designed as a kind of “reset,” and minimizing distractions helps your dog stay focused and thrive in their new environment.
There are three scheduled visits during the board-and-train program, and we ask that no additional visits take place during this time. While it can be tough to be apart, this approach helps your dog fully adjust and make real behavioral progress.
Don’t worry—you’ll still be connected! We’ll send updates via WhatsApp every three to four days, and you can follow us on social media to catch extra glimpses of your pup (they might even become a little star!).
Three weeks go by faster than you think—and the transformation is worth the wait!
Balanced training combines rewards for desired behaviors and fair, consistent consequences for undesired behaviors. It’s about clear communication—similar to how a parent might reward a child for good behavior and correct them for missteps. This approach helps your dog make better behavior choices moving forward, reducing confusion and anxiety.
Here are the primary tools we use:
These tools are safe and effective, providing clear communication and ensuring your dog’s safety. I’ve used them for years, with both my personal dogs and trainees. If you have concerns about the e-collar or prong collar, we’re happy to discuss their benefits and explain how they help with behavior.
Training won’t alter your dog’s personality—it simply helps them become more obedient, calm, and confident while still keeping the unique quirks that make them who they are. If your dog is nervous or insecure, they may retain some of those traits, but they'll return home with greater self-assurance and improved coping skills. The goal of our Board & Train program is not to change your dog’s essence, but to help them become the best version of themselves. We focus on enhancing their natural qualities, teaching them new behaviors, and giving them more freedom, all while improving their overall quality of life.
While your dog won’t be "perfect" (no dog is!), they’ll return home with a solid foundation. You’ll learn how to maintain the progress at home, ensuring long-term success. Think of it like working with a personal trainer—effort is needed outside of training to keep the results.
